The Bluebeards Revenge Alum Block (75g)

£6.99

Stop bleeding from shaving cuts!

(8 customer reviews)

Whether we like it or not, nicks and cuts are an inevitable by-product of traditional shaving methods – somewhere along the line you are going to end up looking like you’ve gone a few rounds with a cornered tabby! Seal off accidental shaving cuts and remove bacteria with this traditional Alum Block. This small-but-mighty potassium crystal is known for its antiseptic and healing qualities and works much better than blotches of bloody tissue too.

Directions For Use
After shaving, moisten the stone and rub gently over the skin and leave to dry. If you want to double up on moisture, pat dry and follow with The Bluebeards Revenge Post-Shave Balm.

You’re right Dan it stings like a caustic Mother in Law’s tongue but does the job. Much better to look smooth than like a result of an explosion in a bog roll factory! Good product!!

  4. Mr Michael Dudley

Complete rubbish. Takes several goes of repeatedly rubbing the block on the damage to get the bleeding to stop. Cheap stiptych pencils work immediately. Don’t waste your money.

very good at stopping bleeding when u get shaving nicks.

  6. Mr Daniel Dorsz

Work great ! Of course if you are going to cut half of your face it will not do much.. I used it in the past and now, very happy. I always use it after shave even when I did not cut myself. It gives you great feedback about your technique and pressure you used with the razor. Worth a try !

I try and remember to use this after every shave before using balm and the sting isn’t really that bad and it’s worth it for the improvement it delivers to the complexion. I like that this one comes in plastic free packaging basically a matchbox. As this is my first alum block I cannot compare it to others but it’s nice and useful. I bought a couple more in my next order as I have no doubt this will now always be part of my shave routine.
