Got this while it was on offer. my usual go to cream is the blue beards revenge. I’m not a fan of the sandalwood sent so would only give it a 6/10 but as for the performance of the cream it is on par with the B-B-R cream. I only swirled my brush around the pot about 4 times and that was plenty. got a fantastic thick creamy lather. and left my skin feeling real good. for performance, this cream goes all the way up to 11/10. I hope the shaving shack have plans to increase the range and have a variety of different sents

This shaving cream is really, really good. It is foamier and nicer than the Taylors stuff. The sandalwood fragrance is truly unbelievable and can penetrate walls with its scent! I mean that in the best way, of course. Also, I might add that this tub of cream is probably the best value available as far as shaving creams go. I read it’s also made in Cornwall? Devon maybe?? I like to be slightly patriotic with my toiletries…

As a beginner to DE shaving I don’t know what other products are like but this works really well, lathers very quickly and easily lasts for 3 passes had great success with this cream.

I got this at the introduction price which was a steal.I love sandalwood scents & this is top notch from tub to face, the scent is strong but not over powering, it just right. It has a kind of herbal sweet sandalwood but with a expensive exotic smell with it & the performance is outstanding. It lathers with great ease, to a nice thick lather with a silky sheen. The slickness is great with superb cushioning. The post shave feel is good too, my skin felt quite refreshed with no irritation. Even at the original price it’s still a steal. I am new to DE razors and bought this product after reading the reviews. Value for money this is great it lathers up a treat and is going to last for months, It gives a smooth comfortable shave and leaves your skin feeling reinvigorated. The only disappointment I have is the scent, others have shouted how amazing it smells and to be honest it smells similar to one one my barber uses but its not as amazing as I was expecting. Saying that I would recommend it and I would buy it again.

I was bought this as a gift and was very impressed. It has a rich, smooth lather with a fresh aroma. It has now become my shaving cream of choice. It works out good value as a jar will last 2-3 months. This is a high quality product which reduces razor burn and leaves skin feeling clean, smooth and invigorated.

This shaving cream is indeed luxury the scent of sandalwood is heightened with other scents. What I like is that a small amount added to the middle of a wet brush easily develops a thick creamy lather. I have tried other creams but so far this is my favourite.
Would like to see a post shave balm with the same fragrance.

Originally i must admit it wasnt my first choice OF SHAVING CREAM. since the other was out of stock and this was also sandalwood i went for it.
Not disappointed, very nice lather and spreads on nicely with a good brush.
My wife loves the smell of it too which is always a bonus.
All in all good product.

Superb shaving cream! The scent is a nice masculine one,but not overpowering and can still be smelled after finishing shaving.It has a rich thick cream which loads the brush up well and does not require a lot either.My first shave was perfect no cuts or irritation the Drake razor and Israeli blade just glided across my face,no preshave oil or balms required.I would recommend you give this cream a try it certainly is on par with some of the best creams out there but at less price and more product.A note for the Shaving Shack team,you definitely could do with adding more fragrances to the range just for variety.I will purchasing more soon.

Nice lather and great masculine fragrance. Cream is a bit lumpy in places and needs a lot of work to lather when you get a small lump of soap instead of cream. Package lid isn’t good and often needs a few attempt to screw tight.

It’s easy to dismiss an own- brand product from a supermarket or Shaving site, but this shaving cream deserves a second glance.
It is good value. The pot costs about the same as TOBS Sandalwood, but contains 25% more.
It lathers easily, and is at least as good as TOBS. I like the pot.
I’ve had perfect shaves with it for the few days since it arrived. Luxury lather. A weak perfume, thank goodness. Sandalwood does nothing for me – but neither does any other soap perfume.
If you buy a mystery bundle then cross your fingers – you may get this included. If so, you’re in for a pleasant surprise.
There is nothing negative I can say about this cream. Perhaps there will be a Cedarwood to follow.
