Received a pack of 10 free with a razor. After a couple of shaves they seem pretty nice, decently sharp and provided you don’t get distracted they give a close, comfortable shave.

Got a pack of these blades as a free gift with my razor purchase. Not quite as sharp as Feather, but they work pretty well so far. Decent all around.

Got these blades as a free gift with a razor so I decided to give them a try. The blades were supplied in a plastic container with no cellophane wrapping, which surprised me. They had the usual cover card with Bluebeards Revenge logo and underneath had another card which looks like another blade sold at Shaving Shack, the Israeli blades. No identification on the blade, plain blank.
For the shave I used a Merkur 37c razor, Prorasso Red shaving soap, silver tip badger brush. Finished the shave off with Bluebeards Revenge shaving balm. First impression of the blade was sharp but not that smooth, however as the shave went on to the second and third passes the smoothness improved. The final result was BBS shave with no cuts or irritation.
I usually use Astra or Voskhod blades, the Bluebeards are ok but not the extra in my opinion.

Im not too sure... they seem very sharp whilst still being forgiving. They were free as part of my purchase so cant grumble! I cant weigh them up though they are very sharp but I didnt seem to get a smooth of a shave as I would with a gillette SS (yellow) in my tech. Will try in my shavette. If you get them free well they shave but just dont suit me very well.

I couldn't get a decent shave out of these blades at all. I've tried dozens of different DE blades now - most are good, some are excellent, and a few are poor - but these are the worst by long way. Basically they are dull, tuggy, and uncomfortable.

I gave up on them a few weeks back but after repeated purchases of goods from The Shaving Shack I now have three packs of them which came free with my orders. So today I got one out for a final chance with my standard setup (EJ DE89, Prep preshave, TOBS cream). Well, I couldn't even finish the first pass it was that bad!

These are the first brand of blades I've had to dispose of unused (into the recycle bank of course). For me they are truly awful blades.

These blades seem great! I cant talk about durability yet but Im expecting the usual 3-4 shaves max. They are much more aggressive than the likes of 7oclock's but shave closer. My skin felt very smooth after shaving with these. They are very sharp and did feel they were not as forgiving as some other blades. With some precision they make a lovely shave.

Well, these took me by surprise. I'm a long term user of Feather blades and they're perfect for me. Unlike some people, I don't find them too sharp, as I have the unfortunate combination of a tough beard and very sensitive skin. Feathers glide over me without nicks or burns, I love them.

The Bluebeard's came as a freebie, so I had very low expectations of them. I was wrong. These are excellent blades. Not quite as sharp as the Feathers, but sharp enough - I get a very close and wonderfully comfortable shave with these. They are pricey, though...

Although a 10-pack of these blades came as a freebie with my Parker model 22 razor, they were a clear improvement on the garden variety Gillette blades I had been using. I did try the Gillettes with the new razor and they were okay, but once I switched to the Bluebeard's Revenge blades, I knew I was sticking with them.

These blades give me a good, close shave that leaves me so pleased that I have to remind myself to not spend too much time in the mirror smugly admiring the results. I wet my face with some hot water after a hot shower, rub in some pre-shave oil, give myself a light lather, rinse the blade off after almost every pass, and get the smoothest shave I've ever gotten. Any cuts and nicks are down to lapses in my technique and not the blades.

My personal best is six days of use out of a single blade without any adverse affects. Seven may be possible, but lazy #stubblysundays are a bit of a thing with me at the moment. Basically, if your skin allows it and if you're particular about your technique and blade maintenance, then you could quite possibly get a lot of mileage out of a pack of these blades.

If anything steers me towards trying any of the apparently sharper blades, it will be sheer, overwhelming curiosity rather than necessity. Until then, I'm doing just fine with these Bluebeard's Revenge blades.

I’ve used ‘cartridge’ razors for years. Recently I made the decision to switch to shaving with ‘Dual Edge’ razor blades. After sampling various brands, I came across these from The Bluebeards Revenge. They look like every other blade out there but the shave they give is phenomenal. Smooth, close and comfortable...... I’ve yet to find a better alternative. So unless I do, I’m sticking with these!

First blades I've ever used. Very sharp, comes in a nice box. Quite hard to snap to use with a shavette. Good price. Yet to try other blades but don't see the need to.

I got a pack of these free with a Razor Shack razor, I swear by these things and will be ordering a 100 pack on payday to last me a year, the shave with these is so close even the biggest names in disposables cannot compete. As a bonus I've been using these for a month now and they have not cut me once! Great for daily shaving or when you have had a week off the shaves! Excellent product, will be buying soon, these are my choice from now on

Normally a feather man, but got these included with a new razor. I didn’t expect much but they are jolly good. No they’re not as sharp as feathers but they cut close; real close. I always find the first shave off a feather to be somewhat “nicky” and need to bed in but these Bluebeard ones were great straight away. Only downside is I can only get three shaves from these - normally get double that from feathers

Good, positive smooth shave, flexible blade and coparable to aWilkinson but obviously cheaper. Still a good shave and I think I'll definitely use again. I'm trying other blades too but these seem a keeper

Really like these blades. Revived as a free gift thought I'd give them a go. Normal razor use get a decent shave (always prepare with pre shave oil etc) Again use with an open comb razor you get a darn good shave. Would buy them for sure.

Nice sharp blades gives a good smooth shave. Only had a couple of small nicks but I'm new to de shaving. Got 4 shaves from 1st blade. Already up to 5 on 2nd blade as I've changed to a better shaving cream which is helping.

Since my initial stock of Gillette 7 0'clock blades started to become low and I was very happy with them, now I am usually wary of 'awards' and heavily featured products in magazines but with the positive reviews decided to give them a go. I really like the plastic box these (and other) blades come in as it makes used blade disposal easy, especially with two little children around I'm always concerned. But unfortunately for myself that is where the positivity stops, I could not get through one shave with these blades without feeling the need to change to a fresh one.

Now it could be because I don't shave everyday, or a slightly courser facial hair, I don't know. But after having such a good experience with the Gillette and Feather blades I just could not get on with them. So much so I ended up binning most of my 100 order to ensure I didn't go through the scratching and burn these gave me, but I did retain some of the plastic cases. I just now need to stock up on the gillette's again

Having used this brand's other products and being unhappy with the results of my Derby blades which left me looking like I'd shaved with a cheese grater I was happy I did. Like all Bluebeards Revenge products they are fantastic. Extremely high quality, even after many shaves, and very reasonably priced. An excellent buy and my new blade of choice.

Go these as a free gift and I thought wont be all that good but how wrong was I there great they give you a good shave better than some I tried and when I run out these will deffo be on order

Absolutely excellent blades for the price. I would say they are just behind Feather blades in sharpness BUT they are no more forgiving. I have had a couple of shaves with these and had to stop as I was getting cuts and irritation, possibly due to my own technique and feeling overly confident. I didn't feel any knicks or cuts, which was the upside as I didn't know until I bled! If you can shave with a feather blade then you'll be fine with these. I will try again when I can take my time and not have to rush.

I took advantage of Shaving Shacks great free gift offer and received a number of blades. Derby, Blue Beards Revenge and Feathers. I must admit I have been disappointed with the Derby blades. They seem too pull and more drag the hair offf your face rather than cut it.I don't think they cut close and I always tend to get a lot more soreness and rashes with these. Too be honest the Blue Beard Revenge blades are so much better in my opinion and provide a much closer and smoother shave.

Excellent blades very sharp needed to go steady on the first couple of uses but after that all was good, I would recommend these to anyone.

Being new to DE shaving, I did a lot of research and found that everyone was very complimentary of the entire 'The Bluebeards Revenge' range so I went all in and purchased everything required!

These blades are greaet for the money the cost, and are a great all rounder in terms of sharpness, and also the amount of shaves that you can get out of them before you need to discard. I'm still trialing several different brands, and these seem to do a very similar job to Derby blades.

Had my first shave today with the Bluebeards blade more in hope than expectation. Very impressed. No cuts or nicks. A good close shave on the first pass. Good value too.

I'm no expert, these are my first blades, but I can't fault them. Decent, minimal packaging, they give a good shave - what more do you want?

I grabbed them as the freebies when I purchased other items. I have been using Shark blades, which have so far proved to be my favourites. However, since they were not available I thought I'd try these. They're okay and I am sure many might love them - but for me and my skin type they caused me razor-burn for some reason. Other than that the shave felt smooth and I didn't get any nicks. Pretty good, but for me the razor-burn means I won't choose them again.

Grabbed these for the free gift offer. Everything else "Bluebeards" is superb so I figured I would give these a try!
Ok, first glance they do seem a bit "cheap". Packaging is minimal and the greaseproof around the blades seemed thin. The blades themselves are unmarked and again, seem thin.
I wasn't looking forwards to the shave to be honest! But I snapped one and fitted it snugly in my Parker sr1; prepped for my usual shave and began!
WOW! What a nice blade! I've tried Feathers and Wilkinson Swords in my Parker and both are good blades but the Bluebeards felt so smooth! The Feather can be a trial by fire ( and blood). The WS sometimes just don't seem sharp enough. The Bluebeards might not be the katana sharpness of a Feather but the thinness of the blade coupled with their slightly less dangerous sharpness results in such a comfortable,easy and smooth shave it's really beyond compare! No burn, no nicks or cuts, and baby smooth! All from a blade half the price of Feathers! Awesome! Simply awesome!

Getting some good shaves with these blades, using them 2 or 3 times before replacing. Great value too! Certainly sharp enough for me.

Very impressed with these, nice clean cut with no tugging or pulling even with a weekends growth. I don't know if they're as sharp as a feather blade but they give a comparable shave for much less money.

Variable quality from acceptable to less than. I'm using one sometimes two per shave. Made the mistake of buying three packets and will be pleased to have used them up.
