Offer to Purchase
On receipt of your order we will issue a confirmation email to confirm receipt of your order to the email address supplied by you. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the products ordered.
Cancellation of an Order
You can cancel an order up until the point at which it is dispatched and an email is sent to you. This is usually at around 2pm each day. After it is dispatched it will need to be returned to us for refund or exchange. Get in touch with us if you need any assistance.
Cancellations of Orders after delivery
Title of goods will pass to you at the point we charge your payment card or, when other payment methods are used, funds are credited to our account.
Our 14 day returns guarantee
Our 14 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund – see our Refunds Policy here.
Please note: For hygienic reasons we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. With our double edged razors, it is particularly important that you have followed the maintenance guidelines as indicated in the leaflet accompanying the razor. Failure to do so may invalidate your warranty.
We will refund the full amount you paid for the goods within 10 days of your cancellation provided you send us details of the order number that is to be cancelled either in part or the whole and once we have received back the cancelled goods. We need to receive the goods undamaged, unless you are returning faulty goods. You will be responsible for bearing the cost of returning any non-faulty goods to us.
Price and Payment
The price you pay for goods is as shown on our website at the time you order the goods and includes VAT where applicable. Orders shipped outside of the UK or European Union will not be charged VAT at 20% but may incur customs charges when they reach their destination. These charges are payable by the receiver. The price and VAT amount is shown on the checkout page and vat is calculated on the destination country.
We reserve the right to change prices listed on the website without prior notice.
Accuracy of Content
Our checking processes are designed to ensure correct prices are published and that the description of the product and its photographic representation is accurate. The colours shown on your monitor may differ to the actual colours of the products due to technical reasons beyond our control.
Liability

Dash Direct Ltd’s total liability to you under any contract for the purchase of goods or otherwise under this Agreement will be limited to the amount paid by you for any goods purchased.
Dash Direct Ltd will not be responsible for any loss or damages incurred by unauthorised use of your payment card on the website. Dash Direct Ltd is not responsible for notifying your card issuer or any law enforcement authority in these instances.
The limitations and exclusions in this clause do not affect your statutory rights and only apply to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement shall serve to limit Dash Direct Ltd liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence.
Entire Agreement
The above and other notices elsewhere on the website represent the entire terms and conditions relating to your use of the website to order goods and the supply of goods to you. No additional terms or conditions requested by and communicated in any way by you will form part of the contract whether accepted or not by an employee of Dash Direct Ltd. No employee of Dash Direct Ltd can alter the terms and conditions of this contract whether or not they confirm this to you in any way.

This Agreement and any contract for the purchase of goods shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England and Wales.
