This Super Badger shaving brush is filled with the very highest quality super badger hair, which has been carefully graded for use in hand filled brushes. The hair has a unique dark band and is capped by light, almost white tips which are unique and very recognisable to the discerning shaver.

Chosen for it's softness against the skin, this brush has excellent water retention properties and will provide you with quality shaves for many years to come.

The handle is hand turned on lathe for a superior finish and the tapered head shape of the brush is achieved without the use of artificial trimming machines. (Used by other manufacturers), thus ensuring a soft, smooth shave.

This brush is part of the upper echelon of our range of quality shaving brushes.

I bought this as a step up from a boar brush and it hasn't disappointed. Lathers up so well I have to use a tiny amount of shaving cream. It's good quality and have had no problems with the hairs falling out. It looks fantastic as well.

I bought this brush having previously only used imitation badger brushes, which I thought were good. But this is in another league! I live in hard water area and so getting a decent lather from soap can be difficult, but not so with this brush I can get a great lather and the feel of the brush both on the face and in the hand is special. A very good quality brush at exceptional value.

My first ever brush, and what a brush, don't waste your money on cheap synthetic or boar hair varieties........... if you shave everyday you deserve a quality brush such as this... considering some fancy brushes can cost £100's this represents superb value for money... get one !!!

Got to agree with the other reviewer, this brush feels great in the hand and on the skin. Its quick and easy to get a rich lather its hard to imagine how even more expensive brushes could feel or perform better.

What a lovely piece of work! I feel good just handling it. And of course it works wonders with soap and hot water. I've been using supermarket spray can gel for years - I had the idea that brush and soap was messy and obnoxious. I was wrong. Brush and soap is, with a little training and discipline, just as fast and easy. It gives a better shave with less skin irritation. On top of that it way cheaper. Plus it warms my heart to think that I supported a righteous little factory in the Isle of Man when I bought this Vulfix brush.

As a step up from a slightly smaller pure badger Vulfix 660 brush, this has made a huge difference; holds much more water and warmth, softer on the face but still holds an excellent shape and really nice balance in the hand.
A proper quality item, well worth it. This has stepped up my shaving pleasure significantly.

Tips on caring for your shaving brush

Use warm water! Hot or boiling water can cause damage, ultimately resulting in shedding. Hot, in brush terms, is usually considered to be anything above the 50 degree Celcius mark.

Go easy with your brush! The core of the brush is where the magic happens and mashing down with your brush can twist and break the core hairs and over time cause hair loss and a dimpled effect in the center of the brush.

Rinse and dry after use. When you are done using your brush shake or flip it hard a few times to remove all the water and hang upside down in a stand to dry. If you don’t have a stand dry the brush thoroughly on a towel.

Why is my brush shedding?
