This imitation ebony brush, filled with hand tied Best Badger grade hair, is an ideal accompaniment to the matching imitation ebony razor. Manufactured in Sheffield from carefully selected, finest quality polyester material.

Had this a few weeks now and it is my first decent brush so I am by no means an expert! However, in comparison to my Wilkinson Sword synthetic brush it is like night and day. After a few uses/lathers the hair has bloomed nicely and it feels great on the face as the hair is wonderfully soft. It holds plenty of water and when loaded it spreads lather on the face nicely.

At a reasonable price point (I'm not into spending Simpsons money - yet :-) I think the brush is smart looking and a great performer.

My only slight gripe is I personally find the handle a tad narrow but of course this is all personal preference and nothing more.

Overall, a great brush!
