Guaranteed not to hollow or groove, DMT's precisely engineered Dia-Sharp Bench Stone with continuous diamond surface assures consistent, even sharpening every time. The 203mm x 76mm x 10mm size can accomodate most honing stones and of course, with it being coarse diamond (45 micron / 325 mesh), it can be used for other tasks such as quickly restoring the bevel on a knife or edged tool. However, please note that the DMT coarse stones should not be used to sharpen straight razors, regardless of how dull they are, we supply them primarily for the flattening of honing stones.
