A smooth-moving shave oil to moisturise and hydrate skin and tough beard hair, in preparation for your daily shave. Packed with relaxing essential oils and a refreshingly masculine scent, the Apothecary 87 Shave Oil facilitates smoother, easier razor glide to make for the best of shaves.

Directions:
Wet skin with warm water, and rub a few drops of oil into the target area, allowing to sit for several minutes before you begin you continue with your shaving routine. We recommend applying prior to - not instead of - your chosen shaving cream. Post-shave, rub a few more drops of oil into your skin to calm and soothe any redness or irritation.

I must admit I find this a bit fiddly to use but once you get used to it no issues. The pippet does not take a great deal in unless it's just me I don't know. Lovely smell you don't use a great deal applies to you face very well,good coverage.It works.

I'm on my second bottle - it's fantastic!
Suffering from serious razor burn has become a thing of the past, this oil really does protect the skin, and smells great - a relaxing "manly" smell, although I can't tell you exactly what it smells like, I can't get enough of it and use some after my shave as well to keep my skin feeling smooth and protected especially now the cold, wet weather has arrived.
Just a few drops massaged into the skin really helps the blade glide to achieve that BBS shave:)
Shaving Shack has it for the best price I have seen and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending its use:)

Thought I'd try this product as my usual pre-shave oils unfortunately, happened to be out of stock.
The oil does an ok job but is quite heavy and sticky but what puts me off is that it smells too sweet for my liking. It is described as having sandalwood and vanilla but too much vanilla for me!!

Used this oil before my very first straight razor shave! The shave went great and I'm 100% positive that this oil played a big part in its success! The oil, applied before the shaving cream, gives a soft and slippery surface for the razor to run on. Also I might add, the scent is fantastic! I use it before and also after a shave because not only does it make my skin soft and smooth, but also works as a fragrance lasting a whole day! Highly recommend this product!
