HOW IT WORKS
For every £1 you spend in an order with us (excluding postage), you will earn 1 Shave Point. Every 15 Shave Points is worth £1 off a future purchase (excluding postage). You can also earn 15 Shave Points for every product review you write that gets published on this website.
Example: You spend £60 with us today (excluding postage), you earn 60 Shave Points = £4 off a future order.
Please Note: Shave Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances. Shave Points can only be collected and used with 'online' purchases.

What are Shave Points?
Shave Points are awarded on every order and are our way of saying "Thank You" to our regular online customers by offering money off future purchases.
Who can participate?
Anyone who has an account with our online shop. Creating an account is easy, fast and free. Click here to read the benefits and create an account.
After creating an account you will collect Shave Points with every online purchase. You can redeem your points on your very next online purchase or collect them for later use. For every £1 you spend in an order with us (excluding postage), you will earn 1 Shave Point. Every 15 Shave Points is worth £1 off a future online purchase.
How do I know how many points I have?
Log into your account. If you click on any of the links to "Modify Account" or the "Your Account" link at the top of the page, you should see how many Shave Points you have.
Why do I have to create an account to collect points?
We need you to have an account in order for us to track how many points you earn and spend. See our Privacy Policy for how we use your personal information. You also need to log into your account to be able to spend your points.
How do I use my points to pay or help pay for an order?
1.) Upon checkout, select "Pay with Points" payment method.
2.) Enter the amount of points you want to apply to this order.
3.) Click "Submit Order".
4.) If you don't have enough points to pay for the entire order, you will be prompted for another payment method for the remaining amount.
How do I know how many points I have earned per order?
1.) Log into your account.
2.) Click on "Orders History".
3.) Select which order you want to look up. There you will see the "Points Earned for this Order" and any Shave Points applied for a discount.
Why don't my Shave Points show up immediately after I place my order?
This is because we have to process the order first during office hours. Once this is done then your account is then updated with the new amount.
Are there any other benefits?
Yes! Earn 15 points (equivalent to £1) for every product review you write that gets published on this website. You can add your review by logging in then going to the product page and clicking on the "Customer Reviews" tab then clicking the "Add your own review" button. Please note that we reserve the right to accept or reject reviews and there is no guarantee if and when a review is published.
