BUYING FOR A PRESENT? ABOUT OUR PACKAGING
We use packing tape that is typically branded, either with 'The Shaving Shack' or one of our many brands. We have a returns address sticker on the packaging too. If you are purchasing products as a present and are concerned that the recipient of the gift may get to the mail before you do, we ask that you supply an alternative delivery address as we cannot be held accountable for spoiled surprises.

UK DELIVERY
Standard Delivery - Royal Mail Second Class Post
- £3.00 per order and FREE if over £25.00
- Packages will typically arrive within 3-5 working days
- Orders must be placed before the 12.30pm (Mon-Fri) cut off to enable same day despatch
- We allow 1 week for cheque payments to clear before despatch
Upgrade to Royal Mail First Class Post
- To upgrade to First Class Post is an additional £2.00 on top of the Standard Delivery £3.00 charge (£3.00 charge does not apply to orders over £25.00 or on razor blade only orders)
- Packages will typically arrive within 1-2 days
- Orders must be placed before the 12.30pm (Mon-Fri) cut off to enable same day despatch
Upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery (next working day)
- To upgrade to Special Delivery is an additional £5.00 on top of the standard £3.00 charge (£3.00 charge does not apply to orders over £25.00 or on razor blade only orders)
- Orders must be placed before the 12.30pm (Mon-Fri) cut off to enable same day despatch
- Delivery to be expected by 1pm the following working day (Royal Mail do not guarantee Special Deliveries on a Saturday), a signature is required
OVERSEAS DELIVERY
** PLEASE NOTE! We are unable to ship any size bottles of aftershave or colognes using Royal Mail to any overseas destination. No other shipping method is available to ship these products outside the United Kingdom. **
EUROPEAN DELIVERY
- A postage charge of £6.00 for standard untracked delivery
- Packages will typically arrive within 5-7 working days (Be aware packages are currently being delayed beyond this time due to COVID 19)
- To upgrade to a tracked delivery is an additional £5.00 on top of the standard charge
- We cannot be responsible for any import duties that your order may incur, nor for confiscation by Customs in certain countries.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
- A postage charge of £20.00 for standard untracked delivery
- Packages will typically arrive within 7-10 working days (Be aware packages are currently being delayed beyond this time due to COVID 19)
- To upgrade to a tracked delivery is an additional £5.00 on top of the standard charge
- We cannot be responsible for any import duties that your order may incur, nor for confiscation by Customs in certain countries.
DELAYED OR LOST DELIVERIES
UK orders typically arrive within 3-5 working days (Standard Post) or 1-2 days (First Class Post). However, there can be delays in the Royal Mail network, especially in busy seasons e.g. Christmas or with adverse weather conditions during the Winter season.
A lost parcel is a rare occurence and typically an order that has not arrived in the time frames quoted above usually arrives a few days later. Please bear in mind that Royal Mail only declare a parcel as officially lost after 15 working days (25 days for overseas deliveries).
If an order appears to be delayed it is worth checking with your local sorting office to see if Royal Mail have attempted delivery and not left a calling card. They may also have left it on the premises e.g. behind a garden gate etc without leaving a calling card.

Our 14 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund -see our Refunds Policy.
Please note: For hygienic reasons we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. With our Merkur double edged razors, it is particularly important that you have followed the maintenance guidelines as indicated in the leaflet accompanying the razor. REFUNDS POLICY
Items returned under the 14 day returns guarantee:
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase up to 14 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part we will offer a full refund or an exchange. Please note that we do not pay for the cost of returning the item to us.
Returning paid for goods that came with a free gift promotion
When requesting a refund and therefore are returning paid for goods that were provided with a complimentary free gift both the paid for good and complimentary free gift should be returned if unused and in its original packaging. If you have used the free gift, then it should be kept and the retail value will be taken off the balance that will be given back to you.

Any free gifts supplied cannot be returned or exchanged for other products or cash alternatives.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:
- Please send us a note detailing the reason for return. This note must include your name, address details and telephone number.
- Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any).

- For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
- For credit card or PayPal purchases a refund will be credited to your account the same day we receive the returned item/s. For all other payments a refund will be issued by cheque - please allow 10 working days.
