I have very sensitive skin, but this pre shave oil gives me an excellent glide, and helps to soothe my skin. I was given a bottle by a friend and now wouldn't be without it. Great price from Shaving Shack, the best shaving related website I have seen, my first stop shop for anything I need. Author: John Blades This stuff sticks to the skin, which suits me as I have dry skin. My shaving method is; wash with Molton Brown face cleanser, hold hot, wet flannel against chin etc. for about 1 minute, apply Musco Real pre-shave oil, put pea-sized bit of Musco Real shave cream in a bowl with shave soap (currently Mitchell's Wool Fat), whip up lather with brush (Vulfix whatever), daub lather on chin, pass razor over chin, one pass only, clearing razor between sweeps, re-apply soap/cream mix (plenty is left on the brush), pass razor over chin etc. a second time. The result is a close shave and at the end of it the shave oil is still there!
