Author: M. Sanderson Wasn't too impressed with this stick, it has a somewhat chemical scent to it and the lather is a bit on the thin side. The holder is next to useless, as the stick is too brittle to be held and just breaks at the bottom. OK to leave in your washbag for travelling, but it wouldn't be my first choice.
Author: K. Svensson Cheap beginner soap, does what it supposed to do.
I use the "handle" to pre-moisturize the soap so it is easier to rub on.
Author: Drew I have found that the holder is little better that useless but I have achieved a really good thick lather that has coated the stubble thoroughly. For the price of the stick, I think that is a good soap.
Author: Alun Davies I agree with drew, gave it a go this morning and was pleasantly supprised. have spent 99p on much less useful junk. ideal for a travel bag i think, gave a good lather and the scent wasnt overpowering in anyway. i would consider it the Value version of a propper shaving soap. did enough to please me though
Author: KeNost I was very skeptical about this stick seeing that is was cheaper than dirt and the quality of the stick is very much reflected in the price. The stick is very brittle and lot's of small pieces broke of the minute I opened it, the smell reminded me of the cheap Gillette shaving foam you get in a can, the handle is completely useless and you have to moisture the soap really good before using it. I never got any good lather with it and after 6 tries I threw it away and will never buy this stick again.
Author: Mark I have found that this stick performs better if you shave a bit off and put the shaving in a bowl and make a lather that way rather than adding it straight to your face which is very messy.
