Nearly half of American fathers admitted that they have pretended to like a Father’s Day gift they received, a new poll has found.
Tools are the most predictable gift, said about a third of fathers who responded to a recent telephone survey carried out by leading market research firm Wakefield Research.
And looking forward to June 20, about 20% said they expect a tie, while another 20% believe they’ll get cologne. Books and golf balls also ranked high.
