The Shaving Shack is calling on its army of male customers to raise cash for charity by joining the Movember campaign and growing innovative ‘taches.

We’re even giving away a luxurious Bluebeards Revenge shaving set to the man who grows the most creative and interesting moustache.

The Movember charity sees men the world over sprouting upper lip hair in the month of November to help raise awareness for prostate cancer. The event last year raised a whopping £26million to fight the disease.

Shaving Shack and Hammonds join forces to help fight prostate cancer ‎

Inspired by the women around them and all they’ve done for breast cancer campaigns in the past, the men in the Leeds office of international law firm Hammonds LLP are growing moustaches for the month of November to raise awareness of prostate cancer and men’s health, and to raise funds for Yorkshire Cancer Research.

Having grown and styled the moustaches for judging, the awards for the best moustaches (and worst moustaches) will be handed out at the annual Christmas dinner on December 16 at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Leeds.

The Shaving Shack has donated five luxury Bluebeards Revenge shaving cream and brush sets, which will be awarded to the five individuals who raise the most sponsorship for the charity.

The Shaving Shack website has been given a glowing review by a leading British Internet magazine.

Web User magazine scored www.shaving-shack.com an impressive four out of five points in ‘Issue 239 - 6 May 2010’.

“From badger-hair brushes to cut-throat razors, this re-launched online store has everything the discerning gentleman needs to ensure a smooth shave,” the review read.

We have made the coveted pages of the Diamanté Pour Homme Spring Edition 2010, a publication aimed at helping men look stylish on their wedding day.

We have re-launched our website with the aim to better serve our growing customer base.
