Merkur 38C killer?
It looks like Parker have upped their game in every respect with the 98R to deliver a razor that not only feels “just right” but gives you a wonderful shave. It uses the same head found on the Parker 3 piece razors which were released in 2008, a near identical match to the heads on the Merkur 34C and 38C. It really is the lower price true alternative to the 38C that won’t disappoint!

We’ve just taken delivery of the sorely missed Merkur 42 and Long Handled Progress razors. Whilst we can typically get hold of the Merkur 42, the Long Handled Progress is diificult to get get regular supply so snap them up while they’re here!

Shaving Shack Safety Razor Value Kit
We have created some new double edge starter sets incorporating a choice of our three best selling Parker, twist to open butterfly safety razors.
The first one at £34.99 represents a saving of £4.15 over buying the products individually. We’ve called it the Safety Razor Value Kit as it has everything in it you’ll need to start DE shaving including an Omega bristle brush and Omega shaving cream (the Proraso alternative).

The second one, the Safety Razor Starter Kit, has the same choice of Parkers but comes with our striking Buccaneer Pure Badger brush, Omega shaving cream, a blade sample pack (including Feathers, Derbys and Israelis) and some Mitchell’s Wool Fat shaving soap. As with the value kit, it also has a styptic pencil to cope with those inevitable shaving nicks when startting out! If the items were bought seperately it would cost you £60.07 but we’ve lopped off 10% to give it you for a credit crunch busting £53.99 (saving £6.08!).
