“Each handle is turned on a lathe, polished and then filled by hand with a “knot” of fine quality selected Chinese badger hair.
“The hair for each knot is sorted, weighted and tied by a skilled craftsman who then carefully cements the knot into the handle. The handle is then etched with the name of the brush.”

 Tom, a self-proclaimed 'Real Man', is the manager of The Shaving Shack shop and expert shaving advisor. He has also been a lumberjack (developed the 'Human Chainsaw" technique). He relocated to the UK to become an offshore Firefighter (nicknamed "Asbestos Tom").
