Order by Phone: Simply call our order processing department on 01752 898191 with your Credit or Debit Card to hand. You can the talk to one of our highly trained Sales Consultants who will guide you through the process.
Order by Fax: Fax your order through on 01752 898197 making sure to include the relevant product details, your name, address (including Postcode) and Credit Card details including expiry date and issue number (if you are using a Switch card).
By default, items are sent 2nd class postage to UK destinations which is £3.00 per order and FREE if over £40.00. This can be upgraded, please see below for delivery options.
We send all of our packages by 2nd Class Royal Mail. Typically, packages will arrive 3 - 5 working days after we receive your order. Remember that we allow 1 week for cheques to clear before despatch and that our cut-off time for same day despatch of phone, fax and Internet orders is 12.30pm.
In a hurry? Try using Special Delivery. The price for upgrade to Special Delivery is £5.00 on top of the standard charge. All upgraded packages are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which should mean that you receive your package by 1pm the following working day. Please note that Royal Mail do not consider Saturday a working day for Special Delivery. Orders despatched on a Friday by Special Delivery stand a good chance of arriving on Saturday but may be delayed until Monday. A signature is required for all Special Delivery packages. We still allow a working week for cheques to clear.

The quickest possible way to receive your order is to telephone a credit card order in before 12.30 pm, Monday to Thursday and specify Special Delivery! Next best thing? Send postal Orders or Cash to us and pay for Special Delivery.
Credit Card Discretion and Security
Your Credit Card will be charged in the name of our parent company, Dash Direct Ltd. We can only deliver to the card holders address. If you want an order sent elsewhere it is best to pay with cash, cheque or a postal order.
Overseas Orders ** PLEASE NOTE! We are unable to ship any size bottles of aftershave or colognes using Royal Mail to any overseas destination. No other shipping method is available to ship these products outside the United Kingdom. **
We are happy to fulfill orders from overseas. We accept Credit Card Payment, International Money Orders (Pounds Sterling drawn on UK Bank) or Cash (Pounds Sterling). Same day despatch is assured with these payment methods. There is a postage charge of £6.00 for delivery to European destinations and £20.00 for Rest of the World - please add this amount to your order total.
We cannot be responsible for any import duties that your order may incur, nor for confiscation by Customs in certain countries.

DELAYED OR LOST DELIVERIES UK orders typically arrive within 3-5 working days (Standard Post) or 1-2 days (First Class Post). However, there can be delays in the Royal Mail network, especially in busy seasons e.g. Christmas or with adverse weather conditions during the Winter season.
A lost parcel is a rare occurence and typically an order that has not arrived in the time frames quoted above usually arrives a few days later. Please bear in mind that Royal Mail only declare a parcel as officially lost after 15 working days (25 days for overseas deliveries).
If an order appears to be delayed it is worth checking with your local sorting office to see if Royal Mail have attempted delivery and not left a calling card. They may also have left it on the premises e.g. behind a garden gate etc without leaving a calling card.

For hygienic reasons we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.
