Spread with a circular motion generating a fine, rich lather. (Without shaving brush) Pump 1.5 to 2 shots into a wet palm and spread between both wet palms generating a fine, lather. Works great even without a brush which is fantastic when travelling (but creates a much better lather when in combo with a brush). As someone with sensitive skin it has simply been a great find.
