This paste is the coarsest and should be used on a leather strop only when the edge of the razor begins to dull to provide a strong sharpening effect. This should extend the periods between honing (sharpening) with a honing stone. Please note, as with all coarse pastes, it requires a separate strop to the one used for everyday stropping. Apply with a cotton cloth.
